Local Store Orders 2–6 hours (depends on store & item)
Parcel Delivery (Local) 1–4 hours (same-day, intra-city)
Rental Service Delivery Based on provider availability

Note: Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, stock availability, or high-demand periods.

 

 

📍 Serviceable Areas

We currently operate in select cities and neighborhoods. Our app uses real-time location detection to show only the available stores, products, and delivery options in your area.

If your location is not serviceable, you may not be able to place orders.


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Grocery & Essentials: Minimal or free delivery (based on order value)

  • Parcel Deliveries: Charged based on distance and weight

  • E-commerce Store Orders: Shipping cost varies by store/vendor

  • Rental Bookings: Delivery (if any) will be quoted during checkout

You’ll see the applicable shipping charges at checkout before you confirm your order.


🔄 Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

A delivery may fail if:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The address is incorrect or unreachable

  • The parcel/item is refused without valid reason

In such cases:

  • We may attempt one re-delivery depending on the situation

  • Additional charges may apply for reattempts or returns


📦 Parcel Handling Policy

  • Do not send prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items

  • All parcels are handled with care but are not insured unless explicitly stated

  • We are not responsible for damage due to poor packaging by the sender

  • The receiver must inspect the parcel upon delivery


📲 Order Tracking

  • Track your orders and parcels in real-time from the app

  • You’ll receive notifications via SMS, email, or push notifications
