At Mywholesalebazaar, we strive to offer a flexible and transparent cancellation process for all your orders – whether you're shopping for groceries, booking rentals, or sending parcels. This policy explains how cancellations work across our services.
Orders can be cancelled from the app before the store confirms or begins packing.
Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellations may not be accepted.
If the order is cancelled after confirmation, a cancellation fee may apply.
✅ How to cancel:
Go to My Orders → Select the order → Tap Cancel Order
Cancellations are allowed before the seller marks the order as "ready" or "dispatched."
After the product is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once confirmed.
Cancellations are allowed only before pickup is assigned to a delivery partner.
If the delivery agent is already en route or has picked up the parcel, cancellation is not permitted.
Misuse (e.g., frequent cancellations) may result in restrictions or service suspension.
Rental service bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time (or as per provider terms).
Cancellations within 1 hour or after the vehicle is dispatched may incur a cancellation fee or partial charge.
Please check the specific rental partner’s terms within the app for exact policies.
If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Wallet or in-app credits (if used) will be refunded instantly.
In case of disputes or failed deliveries, contact our support team for resolution.
Frequent or abusive cancellations may lead to account review or suspension.
Cancellation requests must be made through the app or by contacting customer support.
Some services or products may be marked as non-cancellable, and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
