At Mywholesalebazaar, we strive to offer a flexible and transparent cancellation process for all your orders – whether you're shopping for groceries, booking rentals, or sending parcels. This policy explains how cancellations work across our services.


🛒 1. Grocery & Essentials Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled from the app before the store confirms or begins packing.

  • Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • If the order is cancelled after confirmation, a cancellation fee may apply.

How to cancel:
Go to My Orders → Select the order → Tap Cancel Order


🛍️ 2. E-commerce (Local Store Orders)

  • Cancellations are allowed before the seller marks the order as "ready" or "dispatched."

  • After the product is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Custom or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once confirmed.


🚚 3. Parcel Delivery Orders

  • Cancellations are allowed only before pickup is assigned to a delivery partner.

  • If the delivery agent is already en route or has picked up the parcel, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Misuse (e.g., frequent cancellations) may result in restrictions or service suspension.


🚗 4. Rental Bookings

  • Rental service bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time (or as per provider terms).

  • Cancellations within 1 hour or after the vehicle is dispatched may incur a cancellation fee or partial charge.

Please check the specific rental partner’s terms within the app for exact policies.


💸 5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Wallet or in-app credits (if used) will be refunded instantly.

  • In case of disputes or failed deliveries, contact our support team for resolution.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Frequent or abusive cancellations may lead to account review or suspension.

  • Cancellation requests must be made through the app or by contacting customer support.

  • Some services or products may be marked as non-cancellable, and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
